Priscilla Shipley – Home Care Package Support Worker

Priscilla began her journey with Linked to Life in November 2017 as a Direct Care Worker, gaining invaluable hands-on experience supporting clients with their everyday needs. In mid-2022, she transitioned into the role of Home Care Package Support Worker, working closely with the Home Care Package Case Manager to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care.

With a strong foundation in frontline support, Priscilla brings a deep understanding of both client and staff perspectives. This insight allows her to deliver practical, empathetic support that enhances the overall care experience.

She also plays a key role in rostering for Home Care Package clients, coordinating care staff schedules to promote consistency and continuity of service.

Priscilla’s blend of practical experience, strong organisational skills, and commitment to client wellbeing makes her an essential part of the team, helping ensure services run smoothly and each client’s needs are met with care and attention.
