Donna has lived in the Coffs Harbour area for over 40 years, and has worked with Linked to Life since its inception in May 1996.

Commencing with the organisation as a sole, part-time worker for what was then known as Coffs Harbour Neighbour Aid, Donna has strived to grow and develop the organisation to the successful entity it is today.

The organisation recently rebranded to Linked to Life, employing skilled and experienced staff, and supporting over 100 dedicated volunteers.

Donna is passionate about working at a grassroots level – working in the local community for the local community, and is very proud to have achieved a good balance between growth and maintaining our strong personal focus – “I pride myself on the fact that we have very close contact with our service users, and they feel confident to pick up the phone and call us or call into the office for a visit”.

In her spare time, Donna enjoys spending quality time with her three children, gardening, and time on the beach.
