The Jacaranda trees were in full bloom for our Annual Linked to Life pilgrimage to Grafton.

We dined at The Crown Hotel where the service was superb, view was peaceful, and the food was delicious. A warm welcome to our new clients Gay and Gai who said they had a lovely time and the outing was well organized 🙂

I always enjoy a chat with our wonderful clients who happily share snippets of what they have been and are up to so…

Here’s the Goss:

Lovebirds Jim and Hellen gave a cheeky wink as they shared their fond memories of staying at The Crown Hotel many moons ago in 1956 the night following their wedding.

Great pals Pat and Pat are looking forward to travelling to Bendemeer, a small village located on the Macdonald River, between Tamworth and Armidale. It has a population of 485 people and the farmers are doing it tough. Marty (Coffs Hotel publican) has organized a truck of hay to be delivered on 11/11 and the ladies are hoping to tag along on a bus to show support. The plan is to stop at the memorial in Bendemeer, say a prayer for the farmers then lunch at Bendy pub before offloading the donations of hay and heading home.

Our lovely always smiling Vera was wearing a gorgeous crystal necklace given to her from her son with his very 1st pay packet many, many moons ago.

Just a quick reminder that our buses are always filled with happy, smiling people, it’s just one of the reasons I love my job! If you know anyone who might like to join our Linked to Life outings, please pass on the word – the more the merrier!

If you have any questions or suggestions regarding Linked to Life group outings- please give us a call!

Until next time….

See you on the buses!

Carol 🙂
