Our Community Visitors Scheme Program is specifically aimed at providing additional social support for older people who are living in their own home, and have an existing Home Care Package.

We can link you with one of our friendly, reliable volunteers who will visit you or a loved one in the home once a fortnight for a friendly chat, or perhaps spend some quality time sharing interests or hobbies at NO extra cost to the Home Care Package.

Our funding allows us to fully subsidise all costs associated with the visiting service.

The visiting program is available to recipients of all Home Care Package levels, and may be particularly beneficial for those who experience social isolation, or whose package funding is at capacity but require some additional social support.

Knowing that you can rely on someone coming to your home on a regular basis can be very reassuring and comforting for those who are lonely, or for family members who may live away and worry about their loved ones.

To arrange your home visitor, all you need to do is call us directly and speak with a member of our team, or ask your existing Home Care Package provider to contact us on your behalf.
