As its the third Tuesday of the month so its time for a information Workshop,
This months workshop is presented by Kristy Cooper where she will be talking about Mobility, Strengthening and balance.
At the workshop you can also take part in light exercises while sitting in the chair.
Kristy runs Pilates class in Woolgoolga seniors centre on Mondays and Thursdays, you are more then welcome to sign up with her for the classes.
Morning tea starts at 10.45am followed by presentation at 11:15am.
Don’t go without having some lunch after the presentation around 11:45am and try some Indian Pakoras (snacks)
