Aged and Disability Care Coffs Harbour – Linked to Life provides opportunities to volunteer. Call us now to find out more. Linked to Life is supported by a dedicated team of volunteers who devote their time to provide support and assistance to older people and younger people with disabilities, and we always welcome more. Our volunteers make the world of difference to the people they help with those simple tasks of daily living simple tasks that most take for granted such as buying groceries, paying bills or attending an appointment. Often volunteers simply brighten up someone’s day by sharing a cuppa or chat. It’s not surprising that wonderful friendships can develop too.

Becoming a volunteer is easy. Staff will meet with you to discuss your availability and preferences and work out a volunteer plan that is tailored to your lifestyle. We give you the freedom to choose how much time you are willing to offer, your preferred day and time, and the type of activities you are willing to perform. Whether it is supporting a client on a one-to-one basis for a few hours each week, helping out on social bus outings or with smaller groups, or even using your skills to benefit the organisation at a more strategic level, your time is greatly valued.

Volunteering with Linked to Life provides exciting opportunites to develop new friendships, be part of a vital team and learn new skills, and reap the personal reward you get for making a difference to the lives of others.  Ongoing training, support and reimbursement of any travel and out of pocket expenses are provided, and we hold regular volunteer fun volunteer events to acknowledge and reward your ongoing dedication. Contact us today to find out more information.
